We ship to customers all over the world. Whether you are located in Europe, North America, Asia, or elsewhere, we aim to deliver our products to your doorstep.

European Union (EU): We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the European Union.

Rest of the World: Shipping costs for international orders outside the EU will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your location and the weight of your order.
3. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a new collection launch), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24 hours.

Inside the EU: No customs duties or taxes will be added upon delivery.

Outside the EU: JOHN SACULLI is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and notify our customer support at info@johnsaculli.com immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
